Illegal Conduct Policy
Partaking in, encouraging, promoting, endorsing, or engaging in illegal activity is severely prohibited and will result in a direct notification of law enforcement and a lifelong ban from the server.
This rule is cited as Rule 7C, and is considered a severe offense. Violations of this rule will be reported to Discord, law enforcement, and other proper authorities.
This server is based in the United States, and therefore US federal laws apply to all members. State laws also apply, including similar legislation that applies to the majority of states. Due to Discord being based in California, California laws also apply.

Furthermore, we report and encourage you to report any child abuse/pornography to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Report any unlawful activity to the FBI Tip-Line if there is criminal activity going on. Call 911 immediately if there is an imminent danger or threat.
