Self-Promotion Policy

Self-promotion is prohibited. Promoting your own content or server without permission is prohibited. This includes sending invite links or otherwise directing people to another server.

This rule is cited as Rule 2D, and is considered a major offense. Advertising via direct messages is a violation of Rule 2E.

EXAMPLES OF VIOLATIONS​:​

  • Posting invite links to other Discord servers;
  • Posting links to social media profiles with the intent of recruiting followers or viewers;
  • Suggesting, insinuating, or otherwise soliciting someone to join a server or accept your advertisement;
  • Encouraging others to join a different interfaith or religion server;
  • Having a Discord invite link in your nickname;
  • Hinting or directing people to go to your Discord profile if an invite link is present.
